Refund Policy — RC Piano Studio
Effective Date: November 9, 2025
At RC Piano Studio (“we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to providing quality music instruction and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains our terms regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for lessons and purchases.
1. Lesson Payments
All lesson payments must be made in advance at the time of booking or before the first scheduled lesson of the billing period. Payment reserves your lesson time and instructor availability.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Student Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a lesson.

Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Instructor Cancellations: If we must cancel a lesson, a make-up lesson or full credit will be issued.

Missed Lessons: No-shows or missed lessons without notice will not be refunded or credited.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

A lesson package is canceled before the first lesson occurs.

RC Piano Studio is unable to provide scheduled lessons for more than two consecutive weeks.

A technical or billing error occurred during payment processing.
All other lesson payments, once lessons have begun, are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date or student upon approval.
4. Digital Products and Materials
All digital downloads, sheet music, and course materials are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
If you experience a technical issue, contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance or replacement access.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
RC Piano Studio reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside this policy or show evidence of misuse.
